Authorize the Division of Project Development to accept and expend revenue in the amount of $15,000,000, $5,000,000 from a FASTLANE Grant and $10,000,000 from a TIGER Grant both from the Federal Highway Administration for replacement of bridges between NH and VT. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 14, 2019.
