Description
Authorize to award a grant to the City of Portsmouth, NH, in the amount of $90,000 to conserve three acres of land within the Wellhead Protection Area for the Portsmouth Water System’s drinking water supply. The City agrees that the deed shall allow low-impact, passive outdoor recreation, including hiking, hunting, and fishing. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2025. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
