Description
Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Labor, to enter into a sole source contract amendment with ClarusTec Inc., Edison, NJ (originally approved by G&C on 6-24-15, item #102), to assist the DoL with online form submission projects and modernization of agency applications, by increasing the price by $110,000 from $359,823 to $469,823. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Other (Agency Class 27) Funds: the agency class 27 used by DoL to reimburse DoIT for this contract is 96% Workers’ Compensation Insurance Assessments and 4% from the Inspection Fees-Certificates-Licenses.
