Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Safety, to exercise a contract renewal option with NIIT Technologies, Atlanta, GA (originally approved by G&C on 6-29-16, item #51), to add an additional resource to work closely with DMV personnel to define business requirements, design and implement programs that support software changes necessary to the MAAP project, by increasing the price by $1,114,000 from $1,185,000 to $2,299,000, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2019 to June 30, 2021. 82.59% Other (Agency Class 27) funds: the Agency Class 027 used by the Department of Safety to reimburse DoIT is 100% Agency Income – Cost of Collections, 17.41% Federal Funds.
