Authorize contracts with qualified attorneys in the State, as detailed in letter dated June 5, 2019, to provide for the representation of indigent defendants when the Public Defender Program is disqualified by a conflict of interest or not able to provide representation due to caseload limitations, totaling $4,013,000. Effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. 100% General Funds.
