Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a Lease Agreement with the Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC), Boston, MA, for use of certain State-owned land collectively known as the Lonesome Lake Hut. Effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024. (2)Further authorize to accept base payments from the AMC in the amount of $12,000 payable upon signing, $13,500 in the second year, and $15,000 in the third through fifth year. (3)Further authorize to accept trail work and services from AMC performed exclusively on state reservations in lieu of an additional payment not to exceed $20,000 per year.
