Authorize to retroactively amend a Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund grant to the Base Hill Cooperative, Inc., Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/8/23, Item #113), by extending the completion date from May 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027, for water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 485:F. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2027. This is a no-cost time extension. (2) Further authorize to amend a Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund grant to the Base Hill Cooperative, Inc., Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/8/23, Item #113), by increasing the loan amount by $415,198 from $43,761 to $458,959, for water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 485:F and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1300.
