Authorize the Disability Determination Services Bureau to enter into a contract with Surge Resources LLC, Manchester, NH, to provide payroll services for Medical/Psychological Consultants, in an amount not to exceed $3,600,000. (2)Further authorize to enter into contracts with medical and psychological consultants, to conduct medical decisions, in an amount not to exceed $1,922,080. Effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
