Authorize Risk Management to amend the existing contract with Cross Insurance TPA Inc. (originally approved by G&C on 5-27-15, item #143), to administer Workers’ Compensation Third Party Administration and Related Services for state employees, in the amount of $78,000, decreasing the total amount from $2,560,000 to an amount not to exceed $2,482,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. (2)Further authorize to exercise the option to extend the contract with Cross, to administer Workers’ Compensation Third Party Administration and Related Services for state employees, in an amount not to exceed $1,037,000 from $2,482,000 to $3,519,000. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2019, whichever is later, through June 30, 2022.
