Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Weatherguard Industries/SMJ Metals LLC, North Hampton, MA, for the Portsmouth and Rochester Courthouse Roof Replacement, for a total price not to exceed $320,000. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $32,000 for unanticipated structural expenses, bringing the total to $352,000. (3)Further authorize the amount of $12,400 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, Clerk for oversight and engineering services provided, bringing the total to $364,400. Effective upon G&C approval through October 18, 2019. 100% General Capital Funds.
