Description
Authorize to establish a sole source consultant list of six qualified Attorneys in the State of NH, and enter into agreements with Said Attorneys to provide for the representation of individuals when, pursuant to NH RSA 135-C:52, He-M 609, He-M 306 and He-M 611, admitted to NH Hospital in an amount not to exceed $60,800. Effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021. 100% General Funds.
