Authorize the Bureau of Environment to make payments to The Conservation Fund, Arlington, VA, for in-lieu mitigation fees pursuant to the Federal Endangered Species Act, 16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq., for the Department of Transportation construction projects and maintenance activities requiring unavoidable impacts to northern long-eared bats and/or their habitats. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027.
