Authorize to exercise a renewal option and to amend an existing contract with Southern NH Services Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5-27-15, item #21), for the provision of statewide Child Care Resource and Referral Services, by increasing the price by $2,200,000 from $3,960,000 to an amount not to exceed $6,160,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2019 to June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
