Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Waypoint, Manchester, NH, to provide a Rapid Re-Housing Program serving NH Runaway and Homeless Youth, through the Federal Continuum of Care Program, in an amount not to exceed $188,950. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
