Authorize to exercise a renewal option and amend an existing contract with the Brain Injury Association of NH, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-21-17, item #13), to continue providing services to support persons with acquired brain injuries and their families, by increasing the price by $897,641 from $828,527 to $1,726,168, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2019 to June 30, 2021. 14% Federal, 86% General Funds.
