Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for pavement preservation of three Tier 2 roadway segments in the eastern portion of the State totaling approximately 8 miles, on the basis of a low bid of $2,648,373.38. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $132,418.67 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 27, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
