Description
Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Environmental Services and the Department of Safety, to amend a sole source contract with Avalara Inc., Bainbridge Island, WA (originally approved by G&C on 7-16-08, item #84), for an Account Management modification to the Automated Fuel Toll System, by increasing the amount by $12,000 from $3,354,493 to a total amount of $3,366,493. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023.
