Description
Authorize to amend a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan agreement with the City of Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/9/22, Item #81) to increase the loan amount by $25,128,000 from $1,500,000 to $26,628,000 to finance the planning and design of the Bay Road Pump Station and Force Main Improvements project under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin. Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds
