Description
Authorize to amend a sole source contract with the Business Finance Authority, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-7-17, item #93), to assist various loan programs with underwriting and legal services for loans to private borrowers, by increasing the amount by $130,000 to $260,000 from $130,000, and by extending the end date to June 30, 2021 from June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds, and 100% Drinking Water/Groundwater Trust Funds.
