Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Marlborough, NH, in the amount not to exceed $250,000 for water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through January 1, 2021. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the Town of Marlborough, NH, in the amount not to exceed $750,000 to finance water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund.
