Authorize to enter into a service agreement with Compass Group USA Inc., by and through its Chartwells Division of 3 International Drive, Rye Brook, NY, in the amount of $387,019 for the provision of meals through the NHTI-Concord’s Community College Capital Commons dining hall to recruits and in-service officers attending programs at the Arthur D. Kehas Law Enforcement Training Facility and Campus. Effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. 100% General Funds.
