Authorize the Division of Learner Support to exercise a renewal option to an existing sole source contract with the University of Kansas Center for Research Inc (originally approved by G&C on 8-23-17, item #87), to administer the Dynamic Learning Maps alternate assessment in English language arts, mathematics, and science, by increasing the price by $450,300 from $1,400,600 to $1,850,900. Effective August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
