Authorize to enter into subgrants with Court Appointed Special Advocates of NH Inc., and with the City of Rochester, in the total amount of $66,836 from the Federal Victim of Crime Act Grant for the purpose of providing direct services to victims of crime. Effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
