Authorize the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) to enter into a sole source lease agreement with SMC Sundial LP, LLC, Exeter, NH, for an amount not to exceed $492,233.88 for the use of office space for a VR Regional Office serving the Nashua and Manchester, NH areas located at 1 Sundial Avenue, Suite 201N, Manchester, NH. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2028. 100% Federal Funds
