Authorize to accept an additional donation of $18,323 for a revised total of $101,000 from the Lakes Region Planning Commission in the form of a payment to Nobis Engineering Inc., to conduct additional testing as part of a Brownfields Environmental Assessment of Portions of the Lakes Region Property formerly known as the Laconia State School on Route 106 in Laconia. (Originally approved by G&C on 10-31-18, item #94). (2)Further authorize to amend a Property Access Agreement with the Lakes Regional Planning Commission and the Consent for Access to Property Agreement with Nobis Engineering Inc., its site assessment contractor by extending the completion date from June 30, 2019 to September 20, 2019 and increasing the scope of work for additional environmental assessment testing.
