Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with the City of Franklin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5-27-15, item #12), to provide planning, training, and equipment for the emergency Northern New England Metropolitan Medical Response System Medical Task Force-1, by decreasing the price by $15,000 from $155,000 to an amount not to exceed $140,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2019 to August 31, 2019. 100% Other Funds.
