Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with FACTS Education Solutions, LLC, Lincoln, NE (originally approved by G&C on 4/12/23, Item #112), by increasing the price limitation by $58,260 from $1,909,450 to $1,967,800 with no change to the end date, to deliver fiscal agent services on behalf of the New Hampshire Department of Education to eligible participants of the sponsored training for LETRS Elementary Educators and LETRS Early Childhood Educators being provided through the contract with Lexia Learning Systems, LLC. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
