Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing agreement with Trustees of Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11-18-16, item #21), to operate a cancer registry system, by increasing the price by $1,642,306 from $2,523,240 to $4,165,546 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2022. 82% Federal, 18% General Funds.
