Description

Authorize to exercise a renewal option to an existing agreement with Abbott Laboratories, Columbus, OH (originally approved by G&C on 9-7-16, item #13), to continue receiving rebates on select infant formulas purchased with food instruments issued by the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children, by increasing the projected revenue from $9,202,779 by $6,195,646 to $15,398,425, and by extending the contract completion date from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2021.
