Authorize to enter into an agreement with The Community Council of Nashua, NH d/b/a Greater Nashua Mental Health Center at Community Council, Nashua, NH, for the development and implementation of an infrastructure to support outpatient treatment options for youth and transitional aged youth with substance use disorder/co-occurring disorder, in an amount not to exceed $370,604. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
