Authorize to enter into an agreement with Mary-Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, NH, to develop a statewide education initiative regarding early intervention services to individuals experiencing Early Serious Mental Illness or First Episode Psychosis, in an amount not to exceed $593,600. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
