Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an agreement with HNTB Corporation, Kansas City, MO, for the preliminary and final design for the preservation efforts associated with the four existing bridges carrying I-93 SB from Mile Marker 22.4 to Mile Marker 21.4 as well as the bridge in Manchester carrying NH28A over I-93, for a total amount not to exceed $324,528.19. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
