Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for pavement rehabilitation as part of the Turnpike’s Renewal and Replacement Program, on the basis of a low bid of $4,350,784.83. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $217,539.24 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 27, 2019. 100% Turnpike Funds.
