Authorize the Office of Highway Safety to enter into a Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of New Hampshire Survey Center, Durham, NH, in the amount of $292,702 to conduct the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Seat Belt Use Observational Survey in years 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2029. 100% Federal Funds
