Authorize to exercise the first of two two-year extensions on a sole source contract with Spruce Technology Inc., Clifton, NJ (originally approved by G&C on 1-23-19, item #66), by increasing the amount by $177,694 to bring the total contract price from $68,806 to $246,500 and amending the scope of work to replace the database supporting the Commission’s Consumer Services and External Affairs Division. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2021, with the option to extend the contract one additional time for two years. 100% Other Funds from Utility Assessments.
