Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing sole source contract with IDEMIA Identity & Security USA, Bedford, MA (originally approved by G&C on 5/1/19, Item #74A), to purchase the maintenance and support of nine LiveScan Systems stations by increasing the price limitation by $34,767 from $1,904,406 to $1,939,173.
