Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a retroactive lease agreement with the US Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Campton, NH, for communications equipment and antenna space in designated areas at Mount Washington in Mount Washington State Park. Effective October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2022. (2)Further authorize an initial annual rental payment of $9,240, each subsequent year of the lease, the rent will be adjusted using the Consumers Price Index and deposited into the Mt Washington Commission accounting unit.
