Authorize to retroactively amend a sole source agreement with the NH Rivers Council (originally approved by G&C on 4-17-13, item #78), for the McQuesten Brook and Pond Watershed Restoration Plan – Phase 2 Implementation: Dam Removals project by extending the completion date from December 31, 2019 to September 30, 2019; by increasing the amount by $46,150 from $99,000 to $145,150; and by changing the scope of services and Method of Payment to include six additional tasks and payments. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
