Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to a sole source agreement with Milliman Inc., Brookfield, WI (originally approved by G&C on 6-21-17, item #11A), to expand Actuarial Services and Technical Support relative to Medicaid Care Management, by increasing the price by $5,633,500 from $4,692,000 to an amount not to exceed $10,325,500, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2019 to June 30, 2021. 50% Federal, 37% General, 13% Other Funds.
