Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Stephens Marquis Associates Inc., Merrimack, NH, for new gasoline and diesel UST system at the Merrimack Shed, on the basis of a low bid of $646,000. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $32,300 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 30, 2019. 100% Underground Fuel Tank Replacement – Capital Fund.
