Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with M.E. Latulippe Construction Inc., Rumney, NH, for Stinson Lake Road improvements in the Town of Ellsworth, on the basis of a low bid of $521,121.40. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $36,478.50 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 9, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
