Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Schroeder Construction Management Inc., Nashua, NH, for the purpose of providing dehumidification and ventilation to an existing vault in Building L located at the State Military Reservation, in an amount not to exceed $57,235. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $3,000 for unforeseen conditions and/or owner-initiated changes for the construction, bringing the total to $60,235. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
