Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Community Action Program of Belknap and Merrimack Counties, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/13/21, Item #27F), to continue providing reproductive and sexual health services, by increasing the price limitation by $75,000 from $512,162 to $587,162 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to September 30, 2025. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 67% Federal Funds, 33% General Funds
