Authorize the Bureau of Purchase and Property to exercise a contract amendment with Banc of America Merchant Services LLC and Bank of America N.A., Jamaica Plain, MA (originally approved by G&C on 9-18-13, item #27E), for merchant card processing services, by extending the end date through June 20, 2021, and by replacing table 3(a) of the Fee Schedule (“Schedule A”), Equipment Costs and Terminals. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
