Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source agreement with Merrimack Valley Assistance Program Inc., Concord, NH, to provide supportive services, rental assistance, housing information and mortgage and utility payments to low income persons, and their families, living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) / Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), in an amount not to exceed $719,178. Effective April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
