Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with JSI Research and Training Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH, to coordinate training opportunities and provide technical assistance for medical, behavioral health, and public health professionals to promote evidence-based strategies for preventing and managing chronic disease, in an amount not to exceed $540,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 29, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
