Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.M. Piper Inc., Plymouth, NH, for the replacement of the existing US Route 302 bridge over Conway Lake Outlet, on the basis of a low bid of $3,288,304.80. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $164,415.24 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 25, 2021. 100% Other Funds (SB367 Capital Investment).
