Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley Inc., Bow, NH, for replacement of the bridge carrying Mascoma Street over I-89, on the basis of a low bid of $2,465,683.60. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $123,284.18 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 20, 2020. 100% State General Funds.
