Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley, Inc., Bow, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $144,000, for the removal of the bridge carrying Smith Crossing over the NH Railroad (Project: New Hampton). (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $14,400, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 21, 2026, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
