Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company, Spring, TX (originally approved by G&C on 2/21/24, Item #170), for computer equipment, peripherals & related services through a Participating Addendum with the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) Value Point Contract Master Agreement (MA), by increasing the price limitation by $15,375,136 from $5,624,864 to an amount up to and not to exceed $21,000,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to terminate upon termination of the MA, as amended. Effective upon G&C approval.
